Factory selection and oversight
Duration: ongoing
Direct relationships with factories in Guangdong and Zhejiang. We visit, compare samples, and fix the specification in writing before any purchase order.
Purchase order and specification
Duration: 1–3 days
Size, gauge, material, colour and pieces per carton, written and agreed. Ambiguity here costs a whole container.
Production and pre-shipment inspection
Duration: 15–25 days
Checked on the line before loading: dimensions, gauge in microns, weight, and colour consistency between batches.
Shipping
Duration: sea 20–30 days · air 3–7
Sea for the annual schedule, air for the urgent reorder. Chosen by your urgency, not our convenience.
Customs clearance
Duration: 2–5 days
Origin and analysis documents prepared before the shipment lands, so nothing waits at the port for a piece of paper.
Receiving and delivery
Duration: your schedule
Received, counted and entered into stock when the shipment lands, then delivered to your plant door.
We are an importer and supplier. We do not own a factory and do not claim to — our value is in choosing the factory, holding it to the specification, and supplying without interruption.
