Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and for how long. Written to be read, not skipped.
What we collect
When you send a quote or sample request we collect: company name, contact person, phone, email, the details of your request, and any file you upload. We also store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address to prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not store raw IP addresses — only a salted, irreversible hash. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage supply. The lawful basis is performance of your request and our legitimate interest in running a commercial relationship.
How long we keep it
Rejected or abandoned enquiries are deleted after 24 months. Active customer records are kept for the life of the relationship and any period commercial law requires afterwards.
Who sees it
Sales and management only, and every access to sensitive data is logged. We share your data with third parties only to fulfil your request (a courier, for example) or under legal obligation.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. Send the request to the phone or email on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Uploaded files
Files you upload are stored in private, non-public storage and accessed only through a short-lived signed link by sales. They are never published or indexed.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics with no personal identifiers, and run no tracking tool before you consent.
