Custom mould
Your logo in the tray, not on it
A label lifts in humidity, in cold storage, on the wash line. An embossed logo is part of the tray and lasts as long as it does. We commission the mould at the supplying factory, and its drawing comes to you before anything is manufactured.

We commission the mould, manage the process and follow the quality. Engineering design and manufacture happen at the supplying factory — we do not claim to make moulds ourselves.
Who owns the mould?
A mould you paid for stays dedicated to your orders and is not used to produce for anyone else. Ownership and storage terms are written into the quote, not left to assumption.
From idea to supply
The idea
Duration: one meeting
You describe what you want: a logo, a different size, a specific colour, internal divisions.
The specification
Duration: 2–4 days
We turn that into a spec sheet: dimensions, gauge, material, logo position and size.
Assessment and pricing
Duration: 3–7 days
The factory assesses feasibility and prices the mould and the per-piece cost at each quantity. You see the full cost before committing.
Mould development
Duration: 15–25 days
The mould drawing comes to you for written approval, then it is cut. Nothing is manufactured before you sign.
The sample
Duration: 5–10 days
First pieces from the mould reach you for trial on your line. Small adjustments are possible here — not after production.
Production and supply
Duration: quantity dependent
Production at the agreed quantity, inspection before shipping, then into the normal supply schedule.
