What we actually check — no slogans

Quality here is a procedure, not a promise. These are the steps we follow, and we name no certificate we cannot produce the paperwork for.

We claim no certification or accreditation we do not hold documentation for. The certificates of origin and material analysis we do hold are sent on request with every shipment.

1. 01

   Before the purchase order

   An approved sample becomes the reference. The specification is written down: size, gauge in microns, weight, material, colour.

2. 02

   During production

   On the line: gauge measured on samples from the batch, piece weight, and colour matched against the approved sample.

3. 03

   Before loading

   Packing checked, pieces per carton verified, and cartons checked for moisture damage before the container is closed.

4. 04

   On arrival

   Counted and received when the shipment lands, with a random check on the batch before it enters stock.

5. 05

   After delivery

   Any observation from your line is logged and returned to the factory in writing. A repeated observation means changing factory.
